AccessiGuard provides web accessibility auditing and monitoring services. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data when you use our website and services.
2. Data we collect
When you request a free scan: We collect the URL you submit and your email address. We use these to perform the scan and deliver your report.
When you order a paid audit: Payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, and payment confirmation. We do not store credit card details.
Scan data: When we scan a website, we access only publicly available pages. We store accessibility issue data (HTML snippets, element selectors, WCAG violations) to generate reports. Scan data is retained for the duration of your service.
Analytics: We use privacy-friendly analytics (no cookies, no personal data tracking) to understand how visitors use our website.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services (Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, Neon for data storage).
4. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on servers in the EU/EEA. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel only. Report links use unique tokens and do not require authentication to view — share them only with intended recipients.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can also request data portability or object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at office@accessi-guard.com. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Data retention
Scan data and reports are retained for the duration of your active service. Free scan data is retained for 12 months. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for the service to function (e.g., authentication sessions for the operator dashboard). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
