1. Service description

AccessiGuard provides automated web accessibility scanning, accessibility reporting, and monitoring services. We scan websites for WCAG 2.1 AA issues and produce reports with prioritized findings, captured evidence, and remediation guidance.

2. Free scans

Free scans cover up to 5 pages and are provided as-is. They are intended to demonstrate our service. Free scans are rate-limited and may be subject to processing delays. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue free scans at any time.

3. Paid services

Paid audits and monitoring retainers are subject to the scope agreed at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe. Refunds are available within 14 days if the report has not been delivered, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

4. Reports and compliance

Our reports identify accessibility issues based on automated scanning tools (axe-core), captured browser evidence, and additional interpretation layers such as prioritization logic and AI-assisted summaries where noted. Reports are intended as guidance and do not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of WCAG compliance.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. A clean report does not guarantee future compliance, as content changes, updates, and third-party integrations can introduce new issues.

5. Acceptable use

You may only scan websites that you own or have authorization to scan. Automated bulk scanning, scraping, or any use that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend service for abuse.

6. Intellectual property

Reports generated for you are yours to use, share, and present to your clients. You may white-label reports with your own branding. The AccessiGuard platform, design, and methodology remain our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of liability

AccessiGuard is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to compliance penalties, loss of revenue, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
